My now tv box has also had the software update and no longer works, i have tried factory reset and spoke to 4 different people on chat who don't have a clue... I'm also with talk talk. Now tv is working fine on my talk talk box just not on the now tv...

cutting out

when i try and watch freeview or anything on the nowtv app all i get is a purple screen

No Signal

Hiwe bought our NowTV box yesterday and every now and then the screen goes blue with a message saying “no signal” but we can still hear the TV programme.internet appears to be working fine any ideas why this is happening?Many Thanks
