Update

My now tv box has also had the software update and no longer works, i have tried factory reset and spoke to 4 different people on chat who don't have a clue... I'm also with talk talk. Now tv is working fine on my talk talk box just not on the now tv box...ugh

A couple of TalkTalk users who own the smart box (with the inbuilt Freeview tuner) are having issues since the latest firmware update.

Running nowtv on windows 10 machine and have the same issue,

reinstalled viewer and now it just opens a black screen,  update has messed it up.

if you go to the contact us screen you cant click the link as it is not a hyper link, not a good way to reduce calls, would be much more customer freindly to put a note saying you know there is an issue.

 

come the end of the free trial this may be getting cancled, not very impressed so far
