iv got a message on my TV screen

please update your application by going to settings   systems   software 

 

where do i find this   i have logged into my account but cant find it

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Arrow left (button at the top of the remote, not round the centre), and confirm that you want to leave Now.

This will drop you into the ‘Roku’ menu. there you will find Settings, then System, then Software, then Update (or maybe Update directly).

Do this, and even if there is no System update, it will update any apps for which updates are pending.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
