rebooting now box

when you have 2 accounts the now box only works on the first one the box has to be reset to connect to the second one

Would one of the two accounts be a BT TV account with the NOW bolt on TV package ?

Also is the box a NOW branded box or a Youview box ?

I had two account's with now sports but lost access to my first email address there when icancelled this with now i had to reboot the now smart box to gain access with my second one

Hi @David201 

Usually to change accounts on the NOW Smart box you normally click on the gear wheel icon top right of the NOW home screen, then under My Account on the box change between the different account login credentials.

To be honest I don't know why you had to reboot the NOW box, perhaps it is a glitch or maybe another reason.
