Had no internet for over an hour, even thou the lights are on NOW TV are just trash tbh. Only with them cos everything is included..

Posting on here means noting when it comes to broadband as support NEVER come on and post on the forum. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

Also you tagged this in the wrong section of the forum, You put it in the streaming stick/box which is NOT the router.
