Contact Now Broadband support on one of the numbers below, and they will help you.
if you have a handset and a dial tone, you can call 150 from your Now landline, but your issue may mean there is no dial tone. In which case, call them from a mobile, taking your pick of:
0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2473, 0333 759 4816
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
