If you are trying to connect to the internet over a Now box, which is a streaming device not a router, that would explain this.
But I doubt this, and think you are actually talking about a Now Hub 2,

In what ways have you tried to contact them?
You said "no internet" but have failed to say what for, or from what.
You have posted this in the Now-Boxes and stick sub forum that relates to the Now branded hardware that plugs into a TV .
Now TV boxes and sticks require an active Internet connection to work, you should have made sure that you had this before subscribing, you cna of course create a hotspot on your phone
