now tv remote wont work with volume now on my toshiba tv

this morning my now tv stick stopped working so went through all the checks reboot stick , reeboot router etc the lot for over an hour no joy same as the help topics, anyway went to work come back home and after rebooting it finally worked..... here it comes..

the remote no longer works on my toshiba tv for volume ( it did before ) ive tried the codes for toshiba and semma toshiba no joy any help would be appreciated.
