No Signal

Hi

we bought our NowTV box yesterday and every now and then the screen goes blue with a message saying “no signal” but we can still hear the TV programme.

internet appears to be working fine any ideas why this is happening?

Sounds like either a HDMI handshake issue between the box and your TV or interference on the TV aerial connected to your smart box.

Maybe try a different HDMI port on your TV, swap the HDMI cable out and re connect the TV aerial again on the smart box and undertake a fresh TV retune of the Freeview channels by going into the box settings.

If still no luck, maybe try a factory reset by going into the box menu settings and setup the smart box again from scratch.
