The fact that the only way you can contact NOWTV is to phone them in this day and age is rediculous.No email address.No live chat.Not great for people with hearing issues. They are not exactly a tech company are they! It's like NOWTV is still living ...

Activation delay

I was meant to have my broadband activated today but apparently the phone line isn’t connected into the flat. Will I still be charged as I can’t seem to find any information anywhere. I have tried calling NOW TV but I can’t get through.
