I JUST WANT TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE

All I want is a phone number so I can speak to someone at NowTV about my bill. Why is it almost impossible to find a phone number? I've been stuck in a loop with the stupid NowTV bot. What is a good phone number that I use to speak with a human?

Cancelling my account?

How many days notice do I give in order to cancel my account. My contract ends in 30 days. I've been told by the call centre that it's 15 days, but it's usually 28 and I can't find any info on the website, as for the "helpbot"... total waste of time,...
