New contract. Why has my new contract for £32.50 per month been changed to £38.50?

I doubt anyone here could tell you, we aren't Now.

I'm thinking it may be a one off delivery charge for the router.

But what contract have you taken out with Now that is £32.50?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

As above, you will have to ask whoever raised this price on you, which wasn’t us fellow customers.

But at a guess, it’s £25.50 for broadband, £7.00 for Anytime calls, and then Now quietly dropping one of the two discounts that make up the difference between the price you are paying and the full price of Now broadband plus Anytime calls, which is still £7.50 above what you are paying.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
