Cancelling my account?

How many days notice do I give in order to cancel my account. My contract ends in 30 days. I've been told by the call centre that it's 15 days, but it's usually 28 and I can't find any info on the website, as for the "helpbot"... total waste of time, no option to speak with someone.

@gavs82008Usually a contract will state 28 days. This doesn't actually state how many days but I was told by the call centre it could be done with 15 days notice. I thought that sounded a bit odd and it's not the first time I've been given a wrong answer by a call centre. Thanks for your help.
