Slow broadband speed.

Been with Nowtv for years issues always resolved but today when I ring them up to say that my speed has dropped very low it’s buffing we can’t watch TV or use the Internet properly I get told it’s an issue outside and will be sorted in 3 to 5 days is that a joke I’m disabled and need tv and Internet plus kids are off school and with the weather not being good we are stuck at home..think it’s time to get rid of Nowtv..very disappointed advisor was not helpful whatsoever!!!

I assume, from what you say, that the problem is known to be an Openreach one, and therefor Now just have to wait for Openreach to resolve it.

If that is the case, it should certainly have been explained to you better.
