Lost offer when moved home

I recently moved and was assured that my price would continue to be the same £22 per month.This included £13 off the bill.However this has not happened and I'm being charged the full £35 a month now.What can I do? Not happy that's for sure.

Cancelling TV Now

Resolved! Not able to update payment details

I received a new debit card and didn't update the card details online. My account is now suspended due to overdue payment. I tried to update the payment details and it's not accepting it.

Terminated service still being charged
