Email change to existing account

I have updated my email address on my account to my new email. However I had forgotten the new email address already exists on an old NOW Tv account. Consequently I can no longer access my account with the old email address and when I try the new email address it logs me into the different account. Not sure if that makes much sense. Either way the new email logs me into an account which doesn't have any paying subscriptions and I can't access the account that has the paying subscripts on with neither old or new email. What do I do? basically the accounts need merging but there is no one to contact.  Can anyone recommend anything? This is for TV only. Thanks in advance
