I haven’t used now tv for a long time but for some reason I have had things paid for from my card in the last 2 months, I have changed my password and removed all devices but for some reason I’m still getting amounts taken, I need to remove my card details so that this can’t keep happening.
The amounts are taken because you have a membership or memberships.
If you don’t have a payment PIN on your account, set one up right now.
Then go into your avatar, top right, and select Manage Now Account, and see if you have any running memberships. If so, cancel them individually.
Maybe you disposed of a device with a persistent Now membership on it, without resetting it first? Without a Payment PIN, that would let anyone with that device go into your account, even if they didn’t know your password, and buy memberships on your account.
Though changing your password and removing all devices will stop that device continuing, so you are covered now, but you still need to delete the membership(s).
If you don’t have any memberships on your account though, then maybe you have another, forgotten, account that is still live?
and if you find one, you will need to do the same password change and remove all devices there.
Once you no longer have any running memberships, and if you don’t have Now Broadband, you can invoke your right to be forgotten:-
after which Now will be completely out of your hair.
