Landline quality

My landline quality has become terrible. I have tried different phones including corded ones. Either no ring tone or sounds like a dalek. Helpbot just takes me round in circles. Surely I shouldn't have to pay for a service that doesn't work?

Over charged

Selected 7 day free trial for the sky sports and have been charged £9.99 for a day pass. I did not select this, only selected the free trial pass. How do I go about getting this refunded?
