Hi. I currently have Now Tv and had purchased the entertainment pass. I got an email saying I hadn’t paid and to update my payment details which I have (the same card details as always) but it isn’t accepting them?? Any ideas why?

If you have paid the bill and your bank card is already up to date on their system, then maybe the email was sent by mistake.
