Adding Voucher Code

Hi. Since Smart box update to Version 4.4 has feature in My Account section that can add voucher code I’ve tried that always get error , is this due to issues some people are having with there box like skipping backwards????.

Pause/Skipping Issue

I rasied this issue on 18th Jan and there is still no resolution. Can you give any update on this? Can the recent upgrade be rolled back so that we don't have this annoyance?

Skipping Back Issue

Can we have either a timescale to when this issue is going to be fixed or a reason why the faulty upgrade cannot be rolled back? The responses so far are far from satisfactory.
