My Now TV smart box is connected to my router via ethernet but when watching programmes, an error message pops up to say internet has disconnected and then reconnects immediately after. I've checked all settings on my router and do not know why is this is happening. Anyone else got this problem?

Might ht be worth reading through those posts to see what other people have done, and post there if applicable. Most users seem to be Virgin ISP customers, and some have had success setting up and connecting to a guest network, although in your case you are using Ethernet so it wouldn't be an option.
