Hi @Anonymous User
Like what @Anonymous User suggested plug your main incoming TV aerial into your main TV Tuner and try a rescan to see if the channels are shown on the TV set,
If your main inbuilt TV tuner is also showing very little channels than previously, then it could either be planned maintenance work or a weak TV transmitter issues in your area (use this link below to check) or your aerial installation needs further investigation.

Also, another question are you splitting the main incoming TV aerial signal to other devices apart from your nowtv smart box ?

So if you plug the aeriel directly into the tv and use the tv’s tuner can you pick up all channels with a stable picture?

Hi @Anonymous User
Since you have changed the TV aerial, have you tried re connecting the aerial directly into the back of the smart box and undertake a fresh factory reset by following these instructions.
https://help.nowtv.com/article/hard-factory-reset-now-tv-box
Then setup your smart box again from scratch and carry out a fresh retune of the Freeview channels on the box.
If that doesn't work, a few smart box owners have found that if you live in an area with multiple TV transmitter stations the smart box sometimes latches on to the weaker transmitter and owners have used a TV Y splitter to share the incoming TV signal with their inbuilt TV Tuner.
Introducing the TV Y splitter should then hopefully filter out the smart box from picking up the weaker TV transmitter in your area and will then latch onto the more powerful local TV transmitter.
There is no guarantee that a Y splitter will work, but if you have got one lying around the house it maybe worth trying.

Hi @Anonymous User
Forgot to ask the question are you using a fixed external TV aerial or an indoor portable aerial on your smart box ?
