i got a entertainment pass for 2 months and i have tried inputting it but when ever i input the code it says invalod i got the code from game on 24/11/17there is no expiry date on the ticket but it still says invalid

When I click on "My Account" > "My Passes" all I get is a spinning coloured wheel. Is there some problem no one has noticed ?

i want to entirely delete my NOW TV account, and ALL my personal information deleted (name, address, card details etc) how do i do this? i cannot use the "send us a message" facility, as this does not work on my account ( I have tried  many many time...
