If you have cancelled all active free trial passes, then that should suffice and you shouldn't be charged in the future.
Would recommend taken a screen shot of your cancelled passes by going to My Account > My Passes, also add a payment pin onto your account as extra security.
Should you wish to have all your details removed from the NowTV database, then you will need to contact live chat.
