Refund

I’m getting charged for NOW TV even though I cancelled it? It’s taken the last £8.99 out of my account I just want a refund!

Tried paying bill, with no luck.

I've tried paying for my passes 5 times now! Have taken the 10p each time but not the actual payment.Tried updating the card every time.Tried different card also, and again took the 10p but not the rest.Not happy at all.

I’ve been charged £33.99 and I don’t know what for, and I can’t get payment details up on website and I also can’t contact nowtv.

Over charged

Hi,I used a now tv unidays sports monthly pass a couple of months ago. When  I go on to my bills and invoices the discount is shown but then extra charges are added on to. In the invoice it shows 2 lots of student discount prices in the same month.

Can nowtv resend my welcome email?

I accidentally deleted my welcome email from nowtv (also deleted it from my bin so can’t recover it). I’m trying to find a way to ask nowtv to resend it but the chat is useless and I can’t find an email address. Anyone got any advice please?
