Problems using sports mobile membership

Hi I have register and paid under the sports mobile membership but unable to watch anything.  The account section says my account is cancelled when it isn't. The account section also says my account is valid until 8th August 2024.

tried to take advantage of the sports offer 26 pound ,they charged me for it instantly but couldnt access it on tv so had to pay full price .now are a joke .they make things to technical on purpose just to try and steal your money .tried there online...
