Resolved! Cant find my account to close it

Hi, I thought I had closed my account more than a year ago. I am still being billed but now I can't find an account to close or cancel Anyone had a similar experience? PS. What is frustrating is the lack of a helpdesk. rICHARD

So I have a Sports access deal which lasts until June 2022. £ 20 per month. Can I cancel this at anytime? and not have to continue to pay from the moment I cancel??
