Hey 

I was wondering if you have been charged even after you cancelled your membership

Will you get your money back?? like a refund for the extra money NOW took??

Did you get a notification email from NOW stating the membership was cancelled?

 

What were you charged?

Did you take out a membership that included a free trial of boost?


FYI that I do not work for NOW, I am simply a NOW customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service and like you I am still a customer. For any account issues you’ll need to contact staff via customer support.
