My phone line is not working

Ive been away for a couple of weeks and the phone line is now not working.The phone say check line, but the remote check says everything is okay.

System update required

Each time I login to NOW TV I’m told “system update required” “please update via settings > system > system update”I go through this process and I’m told the system is up to date but I’m still getting the error message

Never installed and being charged last two months
