Stealing

I cancel my NOWTv membership 2 months ago and they are still taking my money every month.

Ive tried contacting them and it’s just a robot, I haven’t used NOWtv in over 5months and I’m have cancelled and they are now stealing my money and there is no customer service to talk to!! 
Can anyone help?

Firstly, you don’t just ‘cancel your membership’. Now has five possible memberships, and you have to cancel them individually.

Which you can do by going to your avatar, top right, and choosing Manage NOW Account/Now Membership, go into each one shown there, and go through the cancellation process. Make sure you go right through to the end - it’s a multistage process - and get an email from Now confirming the cancellation.

If you don’t see any memberships there, though, but you are still paying, then either you have a duplicate account you are paying on, or you have subscribed via a third party, and will likewise need to cancel through them. See:-

As regards the robot, avoid ‘Get Help Quickly’, as you won’t.

You are talking about streaming, and not about broadband, aren’t you?

Best not to libel Now. They are pretty tolerant of people who cannot work their labyrinthine procedures, but….. 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
