Can't watch now tv

Why can't I watch now to tv on any device? Have deleted, reinstalled, changed password. What more can I try?

so my kids had a now tv box in their bedroom which stopped working a few weeks ago , they then realized they could get now tv through their PS3 so asked me for the password etc.i went onto my devices and removed one of the tv boxes so that left a spa...

so i understand that the payment pin prevents others from buying passes for the box but the pin protect agaisnt the sky store? i dont want my son going and buying movies!! will the payment pin prevent this?
