Two payments taken

Hi
I set up now tv but think I made a mistake with payment as I've had a payment taken from both my bank accounts. I want to contribute now to but would like to cancel one of the payments and ask for a refund of one of the payments.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  Your best bet would be to contact Live Chat & see if there is anything they can do to resolve the issue.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above and hit the Contact Us box on the left of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

Hi there

It's not allowing me to contact in any way?! Do I need to go on desktop? Only allowing me option of forum chat? There's no contact us box either 😕
