No NOWTV content

My NOWTV box is on and I have a good WIFI signal but nothing is showing.

Hello Mentor 3, yes I have had the box on before. I was watching a movie yesterday. I think I made the mistake of switching everything off at the mains last night.

I'd suggest switching everything off again, including the router, disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI lead to the TV and switch it all back on again after about a minute.

1) Can you tell me if the little green light on the box comes on?

 

2) If the light is no longer there then how old is the box?

 

3) If the light does come on then can you get into the settings?

 

a) if the light comes on then reset the box.

 

b) after resetting, if nothing further happens then re-register your box.

 

c) If the light does not come on and the box is (well) over a year old then you'll have to buy a new one.

 

Remember, there are no replaceable or reparable parts.
