havent been able to view now programs with my NOWtv Smart stick.

I am paying from the Cinema and Entertainment packages. Haven't been able to get on since Christmas. Cant get Sky news either. Keeps stating that there maybe something with the HTTP response but I can get BBC etc. Done all the usual checks. Can you help

Have a look at this link for the troubleshooting. My recommendation is step 2, a bit extreme but likely to fix any issues on the device.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Who is your broadband provider?

It isn't Community Fibre by any chance?

Have you got any other NOW playback devices such has a smart phone for example to see if your NOW TV Memberships work on other devices apart from your NOW Stick.

Also if you have mobile internet data has a quick temporary test try a WiFi hotspot between your phone and NOW Stick to bypass your Router to see if the NOW Stick plays NOW content on it.

Is the issue you are seeing perhaps called HDCP?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
