No volume on any now tv channel

I can’t get the volume to work on any Now tv channel, weather that’s live tv or the programs in the passes. The volume function on the remote works just no sound coming from the programs. Any of the apps such as Netflix and all 4 all work fine. I have reset the stick several times and even powered off at the wall and waited for 30 min. Any ideas to what’s going on?

Couple of things i would try.

 

Firstly go into the NowTV Stick menu settings and play around with the different Audio settings (start with Stereo).

 

If that doesn't help, when watching something on NowTV press the star button on the remote, where this will bring up an on screen volume option (make sure volume mode is set to off).

 

Still no joy, maybe try switching off the CEC HDMI settings in your TV menu.

 

Last thing to try is to see if the same problem exists when temporary using the Stick on another television in your home (if you have one).
