You have been trying to charge me for use of the account. I cancelled this membership a long time ago and haven’t used the stick in a long time so unsure why your still trying to take a payment off of me ?

Firstly, please stop saying ‘you’ thinking that NOW staff will come on and reply as it just WON’T happen. 

What do you mean by trying to charge you?

It also has nothing to do with a device that you don’t use. When you cancelled did you get a confirmation email of said cancelled? Otherwise you didn’t fully go through the cancellation process.

Or are you saying that a new membership was taken out and started after a long period of time not being used?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
