Now sport membership

Hello, I paid for a monthly sky sports membership the payment has gone out of my bank account. However I can't watch the sports as it keeps saying I have to purchase a membership. Trying together any help is very difficult.

Hi @Sg6637 

Assuming you are not using a NOW Mobile Sports Membership on your NOW Stick.

What happens if you go to the NOW main home screen and click on the gear wheel icon top right and sign out of the NOW App, then power down the Stick for a minute, then restart the power on the Stick and sign back in via the gear wheel icon on the App.

If that doesn't work make sure you are not using a VPN on your Router and the Router IP address is pointing to the UK.
