Anyone here been successful in closing the crap now tv account. God this company is terrible to deal with, they're website puts you on a loop of help that does not exist. No live chat, no email. WTF is this company.

Cancel broadband before activation

Broadband ended

My broadband ended and was told I will be refunded the difference. I see the refund on my nowtv account under payments but I have not received the refund in my bank account. Anyone know roughly how long does it normally take?
