Cancelling my broadband from abroad

Hi, I am now based in the US for work and I need to cancel my broadband in the UK which is being renewed soon. 

I have tried on the website but I go around in circles. 

What's the best way to do this without costly calling.

I have copied & pasted this extract from one of the NOW Broadband help articles, where there is a direct email address on the information below.

I no longer need my broadband membership and I'm not switching to a new provider

If you want to cancel your membership without switching to another provider, you’ll need let us know so we can cancel your services.

Just get in touch by phone or Live Chat.

How much does it cost to call NOW?

Calls to NOW contact centres are free for NOW Calls customers. If you’re not calling from your NOW Calls line, calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calls to 01 or 02 numbers.

You can also send an email to [email removed] to let us know you'd like to cancel. We may need to call you back to verify your details, but don't worry, your notice period will begin the date we receive your request.

Keep in mindWe won't be able to cancel your membership unless we can verify your account information.

The NOW Community software has removed the direct email address from my copy & paste.

This is the NOW help article link that you can have a read of, where you will see the email address in question.

When sending the email, just mention you have moved permanently to the US.

Obviously ignore the bit about the telephone numbers on the above copy & paste which is not relevant in your case, where you are abroad.

So there is a few ways to contact NOW about cancelling your Broadband service.
