Hi. Just signed up for now BB and phone. Received usual welcome email notifications outlined my new account details and contract information etc. Then have been sent an apology email with following details.
"We're really sorry but we've had to make a change to your order.
We know how annoying this can be and hope it doesn't cause you too much trouble.
Your NOW phone number will be" then showing my existing landline number! So what's that all about, very confused 🤔

I had the same email about 4 years ago when i joined NOW Broadband from BT.
I just ignored the email about they are making changes, because the details on the email didn't change from the order acknowledgment (including my existing landline number in my name) and everything went through smoothly on the scheduled live activation date given.

If you want reassurances that everything is processing has normal then send NOW an email to be on the safe side.
