Need to Cancel Order?!

Hi, I’ve just tried to sign up for broadband and sky sports package and the order has gone through but without sky sports, when I try to add sky sports it’s now going to cost me an £33 a month and not £25 as offered. I want to cancel the order or speak to someone about resolving this but cannot.

@adnantea you can sign up to the sports membership separately to your broadband. The £25 a month for 4 months is still available.

the offer was for broadband and sports for £46 for 12 months.

tried the phone number and get a message saying they are closed, no indication of when they are next open though!

@adnantea given it's new year's day I'd imagine they're having a well earned day off and will be available tomorrow.
