I have tried to contact Broadband Customer Service via email for more than a month to get update about my renewal but no luck.

I have asked if can get discount to renew for another year but received emails to contact via phone. The phone lines always busy due to current pandemic and waiting for some postal/email to get updates.

Please just email me whether i can get discount on existing package or can shop around for another package with other company.

We are just customers like you, Now do not seem to monitor these forums.

Are you ringing on the number shown here:

If you really can't get through, start the transfer to a new supplier, Now will probably contact you and make an offer to stay. (If they don't you can probably get a better deal elsewhere as a new customer)

Always look via the comparison sites as there are often vouchers available. I like to use MSE broadband compare, but there are others. Compare Best Broadband Deals for January 2022 - MSE (moneysavingexpert.com)
