Very Bizarre. Just been charged for a sky sports day pass and not even switched on Now Tv today I’ve been at work??

Anybody else in your home have access to your NowTV playback devices ?

If so, add a Payment Pin to your account by going to My Account > Manage Account > My Details & Settings > Payment Pin.

With regards to a refund for the unwanted day sports pass jump over to live chat tomorrow after 8am.
