Billing through BT

I have moved from BT to Now for Broadband & TV  . I have at long last closed all accounts from BT, however when looking at my NOW TV billing , my entertainment & sports is coming through as billed through BT, so at the moment I am getting these 2 free. I want to clear all accounts with BT and start the membership packages through Now , but will not let me add these because of the existing BT. I have been fighting with BT for over 3 months now to clear everything from them. I really dont mind not paying for the packages , howvever its likely to bite me on the bum and may get charged back billing . Anyone else had similar issue transferring from BT ? & how did you sort it ? Thanks

Try speak with staff via live chat. They might be able to help you. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

Although I fear they might point you in the direction of BT.
