Hello. I recently had issues where I kept receiving emails that my September payment hasn't come through. When I called by phone, the NOW TV staff assured me that the account was fine and everything paid. Now I am receiving more emails that my subscription has been cancelled as I did not update payment details. However, I did update details and staff assured me personally it was fine. Does anyone know why I'm being told two different things? Thank you.

Sounds to me it's a repetitive email glitch NowTV's end.
If it was me i would drop them an email and ask them to confirm back in official writing via a return reply email that your account is perfectly fine and there is nothing to worry about.

Hi, @schnapps ! Thank you for your message, it really does help reassure me. I had an inkling about that, but also needed to make sure.
Do you know a reliable email for NOW TV? I had replied to emails before, but they were returned (automated box most likely). Thank you again!
