Ive hit reset buttin by accident but have no remote

Low power message even tho plugged in mains

My now tv stick is showing the low power message and symbol even though it is plugged into the mains electric not tv. We are using the supplied plug but still won't come on saying low power

Hi I've just set up a new (well 2019) NOWTV smart stick but there was no option to redeem the included Sky Sports 3 months pass during the setup. I'm connected to my NowTV account etc. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks Jon
