CDN error

Hikeep getting CDN error!now stick is connected to the internet and the service is good.have restarted the stick but getting fed up with doing that all the time.works fine when using my phones hotspot.

Error code 23

I keep getting error code 23 when trying to watch Poker Face. It tells me to come back later or to try to sign out and back in again, I have done this, closed down the app and even rebooted my iPad, but nothing works. Any suggestions? Many thanks

Device changing

Whenever I stream on my phone and then close to stream on TV ( through Firestick ) it gives error code for exceedng devices - even if I have logged out of the account on the phone. is this a commn problem?

Sky store

Hi, I use the Now TV stick to use Sky Store but as of yesterday 13th September it won't open , I keep getting error code 0003. I have updated the software on the Now stick but it does not help.
