Poor Internet on now tv stick

When I first got my stick around a month or so ago it was fine but now it's gotten to 3 days in a row where I've just given up trying to watch stuff with it after it slowly got worse. At first it was just more slow buffering and picture kept being blurry for short times but now it just won't load anything and keeps saying my internet is too poor. The problem isn't actually my internet because when I give up on my stick I watch the same thing on my laptop with no problem as every thing the stick has so does my laptop. I would like to be able to make use of the stick and enjoy a bigger screen so any advice?

There is a button on the side of the Stick; hold it in for 15 seconds to reset the Stick and see if that improves things.

Download the free Ookla Speedtest to your laptop, and report back what download and upload speeds it sees.

If these are not the speeds your ISP promised you, contact them and complain.
