When you say restarted, is that a factory reset or just a "reboot"?

Try the full reset back to factory settings as this should clear any random bugs on the device.

Who is your ISP?
Oh, and only factory reset your Now Stick if you have an ongoing Now membership, or are prepared to add your financial details and take a membership, even if just a Hayu trial.
Otherwise, you will brick it 😢

Hi @Molog
Is it only happening on certain NOW content such as any particular TV shows or episodes ?
Or across all NOW content when using your home network router ?
I just come across this exact error myself CDN Error (No more CDNs to cycle) when attempting to play Portrait Artist of the Year S1 E6.
So far other NOW content is playing fine for me on my Roku Stick Plus.
Also tried Portrait Artist of the Year S1 E6 on my Amazon Fire Stick and again this episode will not play but instead of the CDN error message on my Roku it is showing VSF:ERROR.PLAYER.ANDROID.UNKOWN on my Amazon Fire Stick.

@schnapps S1E6 is from 2013, is that correct?

Hi @RoyB
Yes 2013.
I don't watch Portart Artist of the year, but was testing this particular episode on behalf of another forum member on another thread who mentioned it didn't play for them.
Can you also test this particular episode on your Roku to see if you are also getting the CDN error (if you test on a Non NOW or Roku device it might come up with a different error like my Amazon Fire Stick).
The CDN error message seems to point to content delivery problems at NOW's end using NOW branded or Roku devices where the error message will be different on other device platforms.

Hi @Molog
Are you using a VPN?
Have you tried unplugging the power to your Router for around 20 to 30 minutes just in case NOW can't recognise the region location of your Router IP.
It sounds like there is some sort of conflict between your Router and NOW playback devices if working via a wifi hotspot with your phone data.
