Error code

Hi I can’t get my now stick to connect to the internet it’s been doing my head in for months now I’ve given up trying to watch tv in my bedroom error code 014.50 comes up ? What is this ? 

move been discounting it and resetting it for month I’ve mange’s to get it working once in the past 2 months

Sounds like the stick is on the way out. Which to be fair isn’t their best device and probably for the best why they no longer make or sell any NOW devices.

If you need to I would buy either an Amazon or Roku stick. As long as its supported from this list of devices.

Hi @LouT 

This error code used to crop up a few times (especially Virgin Broadband customers).

A couple of things you can try is disable pings, if the Router has a guest mode try that.

If you are using a dual band Router try both bands and make sure the wifi channel on the Router is set to a low channel number.
