Error Message

Currently trying to watch live TV on Now using my Xbox. However, I keep getting the error code: SHAKA_ERROR_WINDOWS_HDCP_DECODE.MAIN_CONTENT. 

 

Any solutions?

Delete and reinstall the app is the main one to try.

Then ensuring the device is fully updated.

Then unplugging the router for a few minutes.
